This season represents the realization of grace and the reward of our faith in Allah. He has consistently been our stronghold and provider, bestowing blessings upon each individual according to their faith and dedication.
I, Ambassador Adesina ‘Lanre Ogunsola, FCPA, Executive Chairman of Obafemi Owode Local Government, extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone on the celebration of this year’s salah, as I offer prayers for continued blessings.
I would also like to advise all residents, along with the sons and daughters of our esteemed local government, to uphold peace and unity and be mindful of actions that may lead to disorder. We are all aware that during times like these, there is an increase in population, and it is expected that we prioritize the security of our area.
As a government, we remain committed to the development and protection of lives and property as one of the key agenda of our administration.
As I encourage everyone to continue supporting the government in fulfilling their civic responsibilities by paying their rates and levies, which significantly contribute to building necessary infrastructure across the council area.
