Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, AMB. Ogunsola ‘Lanre Adesina FCPA, has reassured his people in the Local Government Area that he would not relent in his active efforts in constructing more roads in the Local Government Area.
He affirmed this on Thursday 1st of October 2026 during media parley with certified Journalists and Broadcasters across Ogun State. That the road construction is part of promises made to the people during the Local Government electioneering campaign that, by the special grace of God, all the promise made shall be fulfilled.
Further noted that the construction of the roads was part of efforts to improve infrastructure and promote economic development across the Local Government and Ogun State respectively.
Hon. Ogunsola stated that his administration would remain committed and focused to fulfill its promises and to continue delivering other projects that will positively impact the lives of the people in Obafemi-Owode Local Government.
He confirmed to the media practitioners present at the parley that the name of the Local Government has been in the world page ,where many foreign companies are now willing to invest in the Local Government Area. He practically described that,from the Inter-Change, Lagos-Ibadan express way down to Oke -Mosan Abeokuta, many companies have resurfaced owned by foreigners,made it known to the caveattimes newspaper that part of it is the efforts of his administration beckoning to the foreigners to invest in the Local Government Area.
He, however, thanked Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON, for the opportunity given to him to serve his people in the Area while at the same time appreciated the media for the record setting and promised to work towards the various advice given to him during the media interaction for the success of his admirable administration.
