BY: HON. ADEKUNLE AJAYI ABDUL-LATEEF ( COUNCILOR WARD 3, OWODE EGBA)

I, Hon. Adekunle Àjàyí Abdullateef, fondly called _Lati Iyana_, Councillor representing Owode Ward 3, Balogun Muslimeen of the League of Imams & Alfas, Obafemi Owode Local Government, and an aspirant for the Ogun State House of Assembly seat in the just concluded APC primary election, felicitate with the entire Muslim Ummah of Owode Ward and Obafemi Owode LGA on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.

‎Eid-el-Kabir, the Festival of Sacrifice, reminds us of the virtues of obedience, faith, selflessness, and devotion to Allah (SWT) as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS). It is a season that calls us to reflect on the spirit of sacrifice, to show love to one another, care for the less privileged, and strengthen the bonds of unity that hold our community together.

‎To the good people of Owode Ward and the larger Obafemi Owode Local Government, I say Eid Mubarak! May Allah accept all our prayers, sacrifices, and acts of worship during these blessed days. May this season usher in peace, prosperity, and abundant blessings into your homes and businesses.

As your Councillor and Balogun Muslimeen, I remain committed to the welfare and progress of our people. Even as we conclude the party primary process, my dedication to serving Owode Ward 3 and Obafemi Owode LGA is unwavering. I will continue to work with our religious leaders, community stakeholders, and government at all levels to promote peace, empower our youths, support our women, and advance development across every ward.

‎Let us celebrate with moderation, share with our neighbors regardless of faith, and pray for the peace and stability of Ogun State and Nigeria at large. In these times, unity and compassion are our greatest strengths.

Once again, Eid Mubarak to all our Imams, Alfas, mothers, fathers, youths, and children of Owode Ward and Obafemi Owode LGA. May Allah (SWT) grant us long life to witness many more Eid celebrations in good health and prosperity. Barka da Sallah!
